Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–6 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $75; orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
We currently ship nationwide. International shipping isn't available yet — contact us to be notified when we expand.
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just reach out to our support team to start the process.
Want a different formula instead? We're happy to exchange an unopened product within the same 30-day window — no restocking fee.
If something arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return, back to your original payment method. Shipping costs on returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
